• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or a one night’s deposit via bank transfer. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to 12:00 noon local time of the date of arrival, otherwise one night’s accommodation price, plus service penalty will be charged. The same applies to no-shows.
  
  Procedure for guaranteed bookings:
  
  
  • Credit Card details can be sent to us via mail-order form. This form will be transmitted to your e-mail account, after making a booking through our website. The form needs to be filled out in handwriting and sent back to us via fax or scan.
    
    
  • The deposit of 1 night’s accommodation can be sent via bank transfer to our bank account. Our bank account details will be transmitted to you after making a booking through our website.

• All bookings should be made through our website’s booking engine.

• Room rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.

• Booked rooms will be ready to the guests after 14:00 hours unless an alternative arrival time has been expressly agreed. Check-out time is 12:00 hours.

• Bella View Hotel does not accept children under the age of 15.

• All rooms are non-smoking rooms at the Bella View Hotel.
